The tsunami of The Prince of smiles

John 1:1-4
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. NKJV

Though Jesus the Word is also the Judge of all things He created, He is also life to all He created. Indeed, the Word’s most intrinsic component of expression is just that, ‘Life!’ So, in Jesus is life, not only the electric ignition point of all things, not only the maintaining battery power of all things, but life also in the sense of the full expression and enjoyment of that ignited and ever running intrinsic expression of His being. Jesus the Word Is LIFE! Everlasting life, eternal life, unending life; the all abounding life, the straight life, the narrow life, the good life. (Matt 7:14). Indeed, if life were a horse, Jesus would be the Prince of smiles, who has grabbed this pure white horses glittering and golden main and kicked His heals into its side, galloping across the universe, and making its hooves pound the earth like the heart beat of man falling 30,000 feet into the warm and waiting winds of an unending dive into the welcoming arms of the delights of God Most High. In Him was life……..and that life was the light of men. 
 
Now the interesting things about this life, is that it has substance and purpose.This life is light, and has substance in material and metaphorical form. Not as well, that this life, this shining light, is our light. From the beginning it was so and continues to be thus. Jesus is the intended light of humanity all, the light of the world. He is the light of the heart, and therefore of our relationships and subsequently of society and of politics. He is the light of the mind, and therefore of all philosophy and of science. To all that we are and ever can be, in every medium we can inhabit and engage with, Jesus is the life and light of it, even the very pulsating center of all things.

However, true substance of life is light and this life and light cannot and does not co-exist with darkness. Jesus is so full of life that in Him is no darkness at all. (1 John 1:5) NOTE NOW… all deeds which are evil are done in darkness, they are cosseted by this cruel absence of divine life, and this dread darkness hates the light. Yes, it has a personality, it has an expression of hatred toward the light. Why? Because the light exposes the deeds of darkness and brings all its gross deformities into the day of God that they might be destroyed. Light, you see, this expression of true life, exposes and destroys all the works of darkness.Now then, when evil is seen to expose itself, when darkness like a pedophile, slithers down from the trees and fiddles like a fairy, gaily dancing and laughing openly in the all the public parks of humanity, yes, in all the public places of play and politics, in education and in ‘entertainment’, then despite the sometimes sunshine my friend, the tide of life and light has withdrawn itself, and darkness, that foul and felt abuser, will lead us into the wide places of its own pleasuring and assault our senses and pervert even the times and seasons around us. Look about you now! Darkness rises. Jesus withdraws Himself. Fearful creation flees inland, for that quick great wall of all the tumbling seas of the tsunami of God’s judgment is hurtling its way toward us.

Listen:- And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John 1:5 NKJV

Pray: - We seized You to extinguish You, perceived You only to put you out. We would not posses You, for taking You to ourselves, exposes in us all our complicit deeds of darkness. Dear cleansing light still shine in me. Rid me of the brad places of crookedness. Straighten me out O God. Shine in me my Savior and deliver me from the foul comforts of all my dark friends, those cloaked fiends of all my midnight hours. Amen and amen.
