Jude 9 Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" NKJV
What’s Your Monument?
Moses was alone with God when his spirit passed from his body into the spiritual realms. Before the demonic equivalent of Burke and Hare, like a pair of old hunting dogs howled to get hold of the left behind corpse, it was Michael the Archangel,

It was James Douglas, 4th Earl of Morton and newly-elected regent of Scotland, who, mourning over the body of John Knox in the graveyard of St Giles, testified rightly that, “Here lies one who neither flattered nor feared any flesh.” Now of course, if you were to go and find this same wept over grave of tears and astonishing accolades, yes, if you were to look for the grave of this ‘Ruffian of the Reformation,’ then you might not see the wee plaque laid in the tarmac indicating its actual location, as it will probably be covered by a motor vehicle left in parking space 44 adjacent to St Gils Cathedral. Yes, there is no grave marker for the greatest Scot who ever lived, as it is hidden under a parking lot! Or is there?
Now, you might think the absence of a great monument acknowledging the gravesite of this great Scot is outrageous, but remember that it was Dr. Charles D. Brokenshire who apparently wrote of Knox saying, “Scotland has erected no monument on the grave of John Knox, for Scotland is his monument.” Imagine that tonight. Imagine having a nation as a monument to you. Imagine that! The monument of Moses is Israel! The monument of Knox is Scotland. What’s your monument tonight? What are you aiming to leave behind you as a remembrance and as a glory to God Most High? A nation glorifying God, now, that’s a great monument to aim to have don’t you think? So, if you think you’re a real history maker, not a singing one, we have far too many of those, but a real one, then allow me to ask you once more will you: “What’s your monument gonna be?”
Listen: - Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. Psalms 2:6. NKJV
Pray:- Oh God, grant me a bigger vision, one far greater than any slab of marble could ever be. In Jesus name I ask it, amen!
